ID Juici Lube, so nice lubricants !

For this edition we have tested for you the edible lubricants from the American company ID Lube!

Today we have bent over backwards, so to speak, in order to thoroughly test the line of edible lubricants from ID Lube. And yes, we gave into temptation and tested all 7 of the ID Lube « Juicy » products. And yes, we are now quite tired out!!!!

First of all, the ID Juicy range of edible lubricants are water-based lubricants. Safe and fun for any and all « recreational activites ».

As water-based lubricants are absorbed naturally by the body, one must reapply a few drops every 3-5 minutes.

The line of ID Lube Juicy edible lubricants consist of 7 different mouth-watering flavours:
Watermelon
Banana (of course!)
Pina Colada
Lemon
Passion Fruit (oh more!)
Wild Cherry
and…………. BUBBLEGUM!!!

With the exception of Lemon – the taste of which the ever-industrious Lilou Plaisir testers found to be a bit lacking in « punch », the texture, aromas and flavours of the range were both realistic and tasty!
The ID Lube brand is well-established in the USA for good reasons – their water-based lubricants are relatively long-lasting, leave no after-stickiness and maintain their qualities long after the tube has been opened.

As far as taste is concerned, the fact that these products were created for the American market does cause them to taste a little bit strong to the « refined » european palate.

But when it comes to such outlandish flavours as Wild Cherry, Watermelon and Bugglegum – the more American that is the flavour – the better!

Did we mention that these lubricants were sugar-free? That they will not stain the sheets? That they can be easily washed (or licked…) off?

It should be noted, however, that unlike their silicone-based lubricant cousins, these water-based lubricants are not ideal for massages (the water gets absorbed too quickly) and one should not use too much at one time.

The stay-up no-spill press-tube packaging is VERY practical and keeps the product in top-condition for up to one year after opening.

Our personal favorites are the banana and Pina Colada flavours. And yours???
